Application

Logical aptitude assessment
We look at how you learn and apply new concepts: pattern recognition, problem solving, logical reasoning, and a bit of a brain gym. You will have up to three hours and one attempt.
Analytical aptitude assessment
This gives us a closer look at how you approach a problem. We are not chasing a perfect score, we want to see your thought process. Take your time, work methodically, and trust yourself.

Good to know before you apply.
Do I need cybersecurity experience or a degree?
No. We hire for potential, not pedigree. A high school diploma or equivalent is the only academic requirement. A degree, IT background, or prior security exposure is a plus, but none are mandatory.
What's the pay and what benefits are included?
You are hired as a full-time, paid employee from day one. Compensation is set based on your placement role and partner company. All benefits begin on your first day with no waiting period: full healthcare, a 401(k), paid time off, and fully covered industry certifications.
Do I need to relocate to Dallas?
Yes. The hands-on portion of the program happens in person at our Dallas, TX facility. After training, your placement may be elsewhere depending on the partner company.
What does the selection process involve?
Four steps: an application, a logical aptitude assessment, an analytical aptitude assessment, and an interview with our team. The assessments together take a few hours and can be done at your own pace.
What background checks are involved?
Candidates who receive an offer complete a background check, a financial review, and a drug screening before starting.
Can I apply if I'm not a U.S. citizen?
This program is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents only. We are unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
